BuildBIM was engaged by Arvida to review and lead BIM coordination during the detailed design phase of the Aria Park retirement apartment development.

Through a detailed multidisciplinary model review, BuildBIM identified critical coordination issues involving structural, architectural and building services elements. By leading the BIM coordination process, facilitating collaboration between the design team, and managing issue resolution, BuildBIM helped resolve clashes and constructability concerns before Tender.
