BuildBIM is supporting the development of a comprehensive Digital Engineering (DE) Framework for Auckland Transport, setting a new standard for how digital information is delivered across transport projects in Tāmaki Makaurau.


Originally initiated through the Level Crossing Removal Programme, the Framework is evolving into a future DE standard for all AT projects. We are helping define clear information requirements, consistent processes, and a strong foundation for asset data and Digital Twin integration.


This work is improving decision-making, reducing project risk, and lifting the maturity of digital engineering practices across Auckland’s infrastructure portfolio.
