Engaged by Arvida, BuildBIM supported the project through detailed design and CLT prefabrication stages, with a focus on BIM coordination and modelling of critical structural interfaces—particularly structural steel plates and Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) connections. Working within a federated model environment, the team led clash detection and issue resolution across disciplines, upgrading models to LOD 350 to support collaboration, streamline prefabrication, and reduce on-site rework.
