BuildBIM was engaged by GC Aspec Construction on King’s School’s new JR Fletcher Performing Arts Centre, a technically complex project with unique coordination challenges.

Our role includes managing shop model coordination across a constrained site, integrating new and existing structures, and coordinating specialist theatrical services such as stage lighting, rigging, and associated structural and seismic systems. 

As Lead BIM Manager, BuildBIM is collaborating closely with the construction team to develop and enhance design models, delivering a coordinated building services shop drawing package.
