BuildBIM was appointed as Lead Consultant for the Marlborough Hub, a 5,000m² wine storage warehouse with a 350m² commercial office and staff facilities complex.

Working with Tuatara Structures, BuildBIM coordinated the various consultant disciplines to ensure an integrated design and help minimise council and construction RFIs. Our team also prepared the architectural working drawings for consent and construction.

The project incorporates Green Star construction principles, including low-carbon concrete, natural daylighting, sustainable timber sourcing, and waste management and recovery practices.
