BuildBIM was engaged by Arvida to provide BIM coordination, clash detection, and design review services for the major refurbishment of an existing apartment and community centre building.

Working at the detailed design stage, our team federated the project models in Revizto and carried out constructability-focused clash detection and design reviews. Particular attention was given to coordinating new services within the constraints of the existing building, helping identify and resolve potential issues before construction.

BuildBIM also provided detailed, location-based clash reporting to support clear communication and efficient resolution across the project team.
