BuildBIM was engaged by Aotea Electric for Electrical BIM modelling and design documentation for this design and build project. 

Our scope covers electrical and communications modelling from preliminary design through to construction, in line with the project’s BIM Execution Plan. We’ produced coordinated drawings for containment, lighting, power, and communications, including layouts, room details, and sections. We focus on reducing installation risk by identifying clashes early, streamlining trade runs, and ensuring compliant, site-ready documentation.
