BuildBIM partnered with Aquaheat to provide mechanical BIM modelling, spatial coordination, and shop drawing services for Stage C2 of the Rolleston College Senior Campus development.

Our team coordinated mechanical services across the S & T Building, Energy Centre, and Gymnasium, developing detailed, fully coordinated models and fabrication-ready shop drawings. Working closely with Aquaheat's site and engineering teams, we resolved complex spatial coordination challenges and ensured mechanical services were accurately integrated with the wider building design, helping minimise site rework and support efficient installation.
