Fletcher Construction engaged BuildBIM to review and enhance the consultant developed design models on the Snells Beach WWTP.
Our role was to ensure the model's accuracy and completeness was in alignment with the project documentation. This involved checking and updating pipe runs against Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), adding missing components, and updating pipe types, lengths and fittings to match engineering specifications and coordinate for installation.
Our detailed adjustments ensured a precise and reliable model, supporting Fletcher in achieving smooth project execution.
