BuildBIM provided Construction BIM Management services for Te Hono Library & Community Centre in Avondale, Auckland, on behalf of CMP Construction.

The Community Centre is a heavily services building, which made preconstruction coordination critical to the success of the project. During construction, we coordinated and federated the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, and prefabricated structural models to deliver clash-free construction models and effective issue tracking. This improved coordination, reduced construction risk, and supported efficient project delivery.
