BuildBIM is proud to have been appointed by Sanderson Group as Project BIM Manager. Our role was to lead coordination during both design and shop drawing phases on three towers, bringing a consistent BIM process and oversight to the job. Working closely with the construction teams, we are also providing on site support  to assist with the production of construction-ready shop drawings and efficient project execution on site. 

Located midway along the Mount Maunganui Peninsula, The Pitau is a luxury retirement development. The project comprises three multi-storey residential towers, complemented by integrated community.
